  • Q1: How to place an order?

1. Place orders with sales representatives.
2. Make payment for deposit.
3. Sample making for confirmation before mass production.
4. After the sample confirmed, mass production start.
5. Goods are finished, inform buyer to make payment for the balance.
6. Delivery.


Q2: What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 1,000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

Q3: Can I get samples?

Sure. We usually provide exiting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.


Q4: How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, 1-3 days.They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.


Q5:How long is the production lead time?

Our delivery time is generally 15-35 days.


Q6. How many colors are available?

We match colors with Pantone Matching System.

Q7:Do you have in stock? Most of our products are in stock and can also meet your customized needs.

Q8:Accept small order? Yes, we know that it is not easy for you to order large quantities for new items,so we can accept small quantities at the beginning to help you gradually open up the market.

    Normally,we accept T/T,L/C,PingPong.For regular orders,payment terms30% deposit, full payment before shipment or balance payment against B/L copy.


    Q10. Can we have our own LOGO on products and all packages?

    Yes, we always provide private label service, Please inform us your requirements about the Logo, we'll make samples for your confirmation before production. We also have many box options: PVC box, blister box, normal gift box,magnetic box and etc.....
